From Bressanone train station we can be reached in a few minutes by taxi or bus. To support sustainable travel, we also offer a free hotel shuttle to and from Bressanone train station upon request.
Yes, our guests receive the BrixenCard. It enables free use of public transport in the South Tyrol region, discounted entry to the Acquarena swimming pool, museums in Bressanone, Plose cable cars – one uphill and downhill ride (excluding August & September and the winter season) – as well as the comprehensive cultural and hiking programme of Bressanone. We are happy to provide this in advance for your arrival. A pre check-in is required for this.
Yes, children are welcome. A cot can be added to every suite. Our children's prices apply for a stay in the parents' room or suite (2 adults). For children under 12 we are happy to let them choose in the evening according to their appetite, so we do not offer half board for our youngest guests – table consumptions and any other extras are charged separately.
Yes, dogs are welcome. Please let us know when making your enquiry. The fee is €28.00 per day. We ask you to bring useful items such as a dog blanket/basket, food bowl, and muzzle yourself. Your four-legged friend is also welcome in the restaurant. Dogs are not permitted in the corner suites.
